Responsible Agreement

This Responsible Agreement outlines the mutual responsibilities of Argus and its customers to ensure a positive, safe, and socially responsible business relationship.

1. Product Usage & Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for using Argus Tech Tags for the sole purpose of pet identification and safety.
  • Any modifications or misuse of the product will void warranties.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear due to regular use are not covered under warranty.

2. Warranties & Replacement

  • Argus offers a lifetime warranty on Tech Tags, covering any physical damage, such as scratches or broken clips, except for losses.
  • Replacements for lost or damaged tags will be offered at a fraction of the cost plus shipping, except for customer-caused damages.

3. Sustainability and Social Responsibility

  • Shop Argus supports pet shelters through its Socially Responsible Program, encouraging customers to contribute by raising awareness about pet care.
  • To minimize environmental impact, customers are encouraged to recycle or properly dispose of old Tech Tags.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

  • All personal data shared via Tech Tags is stored securely in compliance with Shop Argus's privacy policy, and customers are responsible for keeping their account details up to date.

5. Customer Feedback & Communication

  • Customers are encouraged to provide feedback to improve services. Argus reserves the right to use customer comments, suggestions, or creative ideas for product improvement and marketing.

6. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from product use or terms of service will be settled by arbitration in Los Angeles, California. Customers agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
